Taco Grill

My new favorite place. I’m eating here multiple days in a row, trying different meats and it’s hard to say what’s my favorite. It’s all so good. Definitely a good, small business that I will frequent and tell everyone about.

This place is called Taco Grill. It’s a pretty small place in a strip mall on Baseline, but don’t sleep on it! Got the carnitas nachos and they were FIRE. The carnitas were perfectly crispy. I called in a phone order and the girl taking my order asked if I wanted salsa, and I asked for green salsa. My nachos had green salsa in them, so I love how that turned out. She gave me salsa on the side too. The pink churro was a little too sugar-coated for me, but I would definitely give this place 5 stars. Really great price for the amount of food too.

This place is great. Ideal for delicious take out in the area. Sarah was kind and helpful and the tone is just calm and easy-going. The fish tacos have become a favorite for me and my whole office at work.

Small store front with good service and food. Friendly front end staff greeted us and food was delicious. Had the 5 taco platter and enjoyed each meat variation. The chips and salsa were also delicious. Prices great, food great, glad we stopped by.

Tiny shop serves delicious food. They do have a small table and bar for seating. Most customers order and take home. We had an appetizer of chips and salsa. The flour chips are seasoned so they taste delicious on their own. They have a wide variety of tacos, and will customize your order to your requests. Yummy!

So much flavor coming from a small place. On my quest to find the best taco in Los Angeles County I have found the second one that I rate a 5 out of 5. Taco Girl (formerly Taco Grill) this young lady worked with her father for 14 years and has been sole owner for 3 years. Only 7 seats inside and two tables outside but if I could only stand to eat here I would. I had a fish and a pastor taco and my wife had a shredded beef and a chicken taco. Each one of the meat tacos had their own distinctive flavor that jumped for joy in your mouth. There was a good portion of meat that was very tender. I haven’t had a good fish taco since my favorite place closed but now, I have found a fish taco perfectly lightly breaded with just right topping. I now can enjoy fish tacos again.

We stopped here due to the good reviews, but were blown away by the exceptionally friendly service and deliciousness of the food. The employees checked to make sure everything tasted good. Everything was delicious: I especially loved the homemade chips and the horchata, perfect on a warm day and it came with free refills. It’s rare to find good service these days, so props to the employees for making our stop here a highlight of our trip!

The food is very fresh and tastes great! It's not greasy or salty or fatty. It's just fresh ingredients cooked really good. We were extremely satisfied. My wife is born and raised in San Diego and is used to eating "real Mexican food" and she loved it. Especially the salsa, she rarely likes salsa when she eats out. We would definitely go back next time we're in the area!!!
